Matt is a retired, 34-year veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces who has lived in Alberta since 1993. Born in Northern Ontario, Matt graduated from the Royal Military Colleges system with a degree in History. Matt's ten-year involvement in both Federal and Provincial politics has revealed to him the serious democratic imbalances in Confederation and the need for common Albertans to involve themselves in politics to protect their rights and freedoms before they are legislated out of existence by hostile political agencies.
