Join us for an informative Town Hall on the growing concerns surrounding property rights in Canada.

Learn about recent land title claims in British Columbia that have created significant uncertainty—not only regarding the use of Crown land, but also the security of fee simple (private) property ownership.

While these issues are currently most visible in British Columbia, their legal and policy implications extend far beyond the province and could have lasting consequences for property owners across Canada.
